Plan to Go Deposit
Effective September 1, 2017 – The "Plan to Go Deposit" is a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. This is a separate deposit from the total trip cost and must be paid prior to beginning any research, booking or consulting services. If the client books their travel with The Boarding Pass within 30 calendar days of the receipt of proposal, the "Plan to Go" Deposit will be applied to the client’s final payment. If the client fails to secure the quote (by paying the vendor’s deposit) within 30 calendar days, The Boarding Pass will retain the "Plan to Go" Deposit for services rendered. No exceptions will be made.
Price quotes are not guaranteed until a deposit is submitted by the client by the deadline deemed by the vendor NOT the 30 calendar business days given to retain our services.
With each "Plan to Go" Deposit, the client will receive 2 proposals for the same destination and desired travel dates.
If the client decides to not to book with The Boarding Pass for any reason, The Boarding Pass has the right to retain the "Plan to Go" Deposit.
Individual Travel (1 to 4 passengers) – $35 Plan to Go Deposit
Individual Trip (5 to 8 passengers) – $50 Plan to Go Deposit
Group Travel – $75 Plan to Go Deposit
Custom Vacation Planning (10 days or more of travel) – $100 Plan to Go Deposit
Destination Wedding – $150 Plan to Go Deposit
