The Plan to Go Deposit is a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit required prior to the start of any research, booking, or consulting services provided by The Boarding Pass. This deposit is separate from the total trip cost.

Terms of the Plan to Go Deposit:

Application of Deposit:

If the client books their travel with The Boarding Pass within 7 calendar days of receiving the proposal, the Plan to Go Deposit will be applied toward the final payment for the trip.

If the client fails to secure the quote (by paying the vendor’s deposit) within 7 calendar days, The Boarding Pass will retain the Plan to Go Deposit as compensation for services rendered. No exceptions will be made.

Proposal and Quote Validity:

Clients will receive two proposals for the same destination and travel dates as part of the Plan to Go Deposit.

Price quotes are not guaranteed until the client submits a deposit to the vendor by the deadline provided by the vendor. This deadline supersedes the 30 calendar days given to retain The Boarding Pass’s services.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable:

If the client decides not to book with The Boarding Pass for any reason, The Boarding Pass reserves the right to retain the Plan to Go Deposit.

Deposit Rates:

Individual Travel (1 to 4 passengers): $50

Individual Trip (5 to 8 passengers): $75

Group Travel: $150

Custom Vacation Planning (10+ days of travel): $200

By submitting the Plan to Go Deposit, clients agree to these terms and conditions. This policy ensures The Boarding Pass can provide personalized, professional travel planning services.
